Reads src/data/contributions.json, keeps PRs updated in the last year, groups by repository, sorts by latest activity, and shows three repos per page (vertical list on every breakpoint) with up to three PRs per repo. Authored and co-authored PRs count as shipped work; PRs by others that mention this work are capped at two per repo and seven overall, and carry an italic "mentioned" tag. Autoplay pauses on hover or focus; reduced motion shows every page.

Work rows are authored in content/works/*/index.md. The grouped scale, status, labels, stack and highlight proof are owner-authored; repo facts are resolved from src/data/repos.json on each work page. Each group keeps one ★ row and shows a random 2–3 rows (re-rolled on every load); the rest collapse into "N more …".
